Important Notary Appointment Requirements
Please review these appointment requirements before booking. These policies help every notarization stay efficient, compliant, and respectful of everyone involved.
✓Valid government-issued ID is required.
✓ID must be current or not expired for more than one year.
✓Documents must be complete (no blanks).
✓All documents must be signed in the presence of the notary.
✓All signers and witnesses must be present.
✓All parties must be of sound mind and willing to sign.
✓Signer must be physically present (unless RON in future).
✓Travel fees must be agreed upon before appointment.
✓Payment is due at time of service.
